About Me

I know from personal experience that beginning counselling is not easy. It takes courage, patience and an open mind. I also know that it can be life-changing.

My counselling services focus on cultivating resilience, connection, and trust-in-self to create meaningful, lasting change. I commit to listen without judgement and to help you on your journey towards living the life you want.

Before beginning my counselling training I spent over a decade in the Army at units across the country. I have experience and training in psychology, counselling, resilience, trauma-treatment, life transitions, leadership, and planning to support my clients. I sepecialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma (including PTSD and CPTSD) and harmful self-criticism. I am also connected to issues of identity, belonging, and meaning-making, particularly amongst uniformed personnel including soldiers, police, firefighters, medical professionals, and corrections officers.
