Group Counselling
What is group counselling?
Group counselling brings together individuals with shared experiences to explore challenges, build insight, and learn new coping skills. Led by a trained therapist, the group provides a safe, confidential space to share, listen, and connect.

Research shows that group therapy can often be more effective than individual therapy. Members benefit not only from professional guidance but also from the support and feedback of others facing similar struggles.

Group counselling helps reduce isolation, normalize experiences, and create opportunities to practice new skills in a real-life setting. It’s also more cost-effective than one-on-one sessions, making it an accessible and impactful option for many people seeking meaningful change.

The Fatherhood Circle
is a place to connect and grow with other dads.

This 8-week therapy group offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore the challenges that come with fatherhood. Whether you're navigating sleep deprivation, shifting relationships, or questions about your own upbringing, you're not alone.
Together, we’ll build resilience, self-awareness, and strengthen the tools you bring to parenting and partnership.
Led by a clinical counsellor and fellow dad, The Fatherhood Circle blends meaningful conversation with guided reflection—no pressure to have it all figured out, just a space to show up and be real.
Join us in building the kind of fatherhood that feels grounded, intentional, and connected.
